This heavy set of solid brass bells are mounted on good quality double strap harness leather with a heavy brass buckle.  The 25 bell harness strap has graduated bells ranging in sizes with the smallest ones on each end graduating to the largest #13  at the center (or top), each bell has a leather keeper loop in between to keep the bells evenly spaced.
