MINI HOUSES +' Description FRENCH VILLAGE BUILDINGS & santons GAULT? MINI HOUSES + This is a set of 4 buildings which appear to be made ceramic, they have all the hallmarks of the J Carlton, DOMINIQUE GAULT ones, but are not signed. I have seen Gault buildings with paper identification labels and am wondering if this could be the case with these and they have just disappeared. I will list many photos, so you can judge for yourself. These came from Europe.   One building which is a gift shop (Cadeaux) is 3 1/4 high X 2 1/2 inches wide, in excellent condition, with a depth of 1 3/8. To the right in the window one sees a flower shop.   The second one is a house, almost 3 1/2 inches tall by 1 3/8 inches wide, this one does have an F on the bottom, is about 1 3/8 inches deep, excellent.   There is a bell tower (and I am going to include a photo I know to be GAULT for comparison. It is 5 7/8 inches tall, 1 3/8 inches wide and deep.   The fourth building appears to be another residence 4 1/4 inches high, 1 1/4 inches deep, 1 3/8 inches wide. It is in great condition as well, no chips, cracks, etc. There is a fountain included and 6 little Provencal Santons which are about 1 inch high.   Many people in France and perhaps other areas of Europe display these scenes at Christmas.
