The plate is in good condition especially from the front where all this information is so fabulously displayed on the 9" diameter glazed ceramic plate. The back  & front of the plate shows some crackling, normal for it's age.  There are two spots with holes on the back of the plate so you can hang the plate.   I would say the time era is in the 60's.  This is mere speculation from being born and raised in Florida.. .  In the 60's my mother would take my sister and I to the Florida Beaches; particularly Daytona, Cocoa and New Smyrna.  We would also go on fishing trips with Mom and Dad to Sanibel Island, Marco Island, and Stuart....at that time these famous spots in Florida weren't near as populated as they are now!
