The six-point buck reindeer looks as though he could take flight as he rears  up and starts off on a sleigh ride carrying a young mother and child and little dog. Blues and browns abound in the Lladro style showing a beautifully appointed sleigh and fashionable winter attire worn by mother and child.  Both are dressed warmly and covered with a blue lap blanket.  It looks as if the little girl is telling the puppy to be careful lest he fall out of the sleigh. This sculpture was created by Salvador Debon and produced by Lladro for a limited time between 1982 and 2001.  WINTER WONDERLAND is Lladro item #01001429G and measures 17 inches in height and 20-3/4 inches in length.  This commanding piece rests on a fitted mahogany platform.  It is listed on the Lladro retired list at a value of $2,580.00.
