Rare Dunbar Etched Glass Pitcher w 6 glasses Ca 1930 Museum Quality..Rare intact set Start Price USD 99.99 Current Price USD 99.99 Time Left - Bid Count 0 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Wednesday, November 19, 2008 End Time Wednesday, November 26, 2008 Location MINERVA See more about 'Rare Dunbar Etched Glass Pitcher w 6 glasses Ca 1930' Description This set is a very rare find of Dunbar Glass from the 1920-1930 era.  It belongs in a West Virginia Glass Museum of first rate early W Va. glass or the collection of a serious collector.  I found this pattern in the guide to Pink Depression Era Glass by Monica Lynne Clements on page 122.  (This set is clear glass) The 2 1/2 quart pitcher has an indented band around the center and top of the ball with an etched floral pattern above and below the center band.  The handle is ridged and the spout has the ice catcher flange.  The glasses have the same etched floral pattern on the front and back of the glass.  Glasses hold 12 ounces. The condition is exceptional with only one small flea bite on the inner rim of one glass. Questions?  Please email me.  I can send additional pictures if you wish.
