Usually when you see this item listed -  the box, the foam, or the certificate is missing. The certificate shown is the only certificate that came with this edition - not some "general certificate of guarantee" that some list for this item.  It is all here.   Hard to find on the secondary market.  Depending upon who you talk to, the secondary market ranges from around $3,850 - $4,500.  The "buy it now" is very fair for what it is, because - everything is there.  You will save hundreds with this auction versus obtaining the item from a second hand dealer.You don't have to find the box or foam or certificate that goes with the item.  Look at some of the other auctions and see what you are getting for the prices listed.
